Pathways to Success
Description
Thank you for registering for the Pathways to Success Series. To be prepared and participate on the first day of the Series, the following MUST be completed before attending. Please reach out to your Director, District Assessment Coordinator, or Supervisor to ensure that the following has been completed:
To be prepared for the Pathways to Success Series at CESA 10 on October 13-14, 2025:
- District Assessment Coordinators (DACs) must have a user account set up in KITE Educator Portal for all participants. Please refer to the Data Management Manual (page 16).
- DACs need to roster at least one student to all teachers participating.
- Teachers must complete the following:

- The Test Administrator Training requirements for new or returning teachers
- Accept security agreements
- Complete or update at least one student’s Personal Needs Profile
- Complete or update at least one student’s First Contact Survey
- Please bring a laptop or electronic device to access the Kite Educator Portal and student evaluations and IEPs to the training workshop.
- Check with your District Assessment Coordinator to make sure that you have access to log into the DLM Training Site through KITE Educator Portal.
If you have not completed these steps, you may not be able to actively participate in the series.
NOTE: Only Teachers who are expected to administer the DLM assessment are required to complete the First Contact Surveys and Personal Needs Profiles. If you are not expected to administer the assessment (administrators, support staff, etc.), you will be provided access during the PD session.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged a $25 late cancellation fee. Substitutions are welcome.
CESA 10 may cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. If the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District closes for weather, CESA 10 events are also canceled and will be rescheduled if possible. Notices are sent via email through Neon One–please ensure your contact information is up to date and emails aren’t going to spam.

Notice of a special dietary need must be done prior to your registration. CESA 10 does not assume liability for adverse reactions to food consumed or items one may come into contact with while eating at a CESA 10.
