Description:
Welcome all principals to learn and collaborate to grow expert learners across CESA 10 classrooms, schools, districts, families, and communities. Connect with building and district leaders in our region to build on your leadership skills while constructing knowledge of state, federal, and local education issues. The agendas are set based on feedback from participants and always include timely updates and collaboration. On months we are not meeting in person, we will meet virtually.
Learning Outcomes:
- Seasonal meetings provide collaboration around timely issues in our fields that launch with a round table sharing of "in box" scenarios.
- Leaders will learn and share how they are growing their teams as expert learners.
- Outside speakers will be invited to share experiences and resources.
- Resources for leading professional learning, evaluation, family engagement, and mental health will be woven into our collaborative time.
This workshop is offered at no additional cost to those districts participating in CESA 10’s School Improvement Consortium (LS1a) Services including: Abbotsford, Chippewa Falls, Colby, Eau Claire, Flambeau, Gilman, Gilmanton, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Lake Holcombe, Loyal, Mondovi, Neillsville, New Auburn, Owen-Withee, Spencer, and Thorp.
For all other participants, the cost is $1,800/person.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full registration fee (LS1a non-member) or a $25 late cancellation fee (LS1a member). Substitutions are welcome.
CESA 10 may cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. If the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District closes for weather, CESA 10 events are also canceled and will be rescheduled if possible.
