Coaching: A Cornerstone for Change
Description
This five-part professional learning experience is centered on the coaching behaviors defined in Wisconsin’s Coaching Competency Practice Profile. Participants can expect to learn, reflect, and practice skills centered around relationship development, communication, coaching conversations, change facilitation, reflection, and equity mindset. Coaches will also consider the power of coaching teams and systems.

Optional: Cornerstone Community of Coaching Group will engage in 90-minute sessions (9:00 am-10:30 am) of dialogue & peer coaching.

Joseph is Wisconsin’s Statewide Coaching Coordinator. His mission is to act as a liaison between the field and the state with the intention of creating a statewide system of coaching supports for regions, districts, and schools to access as they develop their own coaching programs. He is also passionate about equity and how coaches can hold this at the center of their work.
