Asbestos Refresher Training

Description
This training is for staff who perform Class III asbestos activities. This course is designed for staff encountering or disturbing asbestos during maintenance-related work activities and will satisfy the mandatory OSHA asbestos regulations adopted by the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services.
Topics covered during the session include:
- History of asbestos.
- Health effects of exposure.
- Personal protective equipment use.
- How to recognize deteriorated asbestos.
- How to repair or replace damaged asbestos materials.
