Looking to connect with fellow music educators in our region? The CESA 10 Music Collaborative Team offers a valuable opportunity to collaborate, share ideas, and grow together. This group is dedicated to bringing music teachers together to explore current trends, address challenges, and exchange best practices in music education.
Discussion topics will include:
- Recruitment and retention strategies
- Repertoire selection
- Innovative instructional approaches
- Curriculum development
- Scheduling solutions
- Creating meaningful new experiences for students
- Student Learning Objective (SLO) ideas
- Teacher self-care and wellness
Join us as we learn from one another and strengthen music education across our schools.
Learning Objectives:
- Participants will create and establish professional relationships with other educators in their field.
- Participants will contribute and consider the contributions of others to the collaborative team.
- Participants will create a common goal with other participants for the collaborative team.
This workshop is offered at no additional cost to those districts participating in CESA 10’s School Improvement Consortium (LS1a) Services including: Abbotsford, Chippewa Falls, Colby, Eau Claire, Flambeau, Gilman, Gilmanton, Granton, Greenwood, Ladysmith, Loyal, Mondovi, Owen-Withee, and Spencer.
The cost for all other participants is $750/district, $75/additional person.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 48 hours or no-shows will be charged the full registration fee (LS1a non-member) or a $25 late cancellation fee (LS1a member). Substitutions are welcome.
CESA 10 may cancel events due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to low enrollment, presenter availability, or other factors beyond our control. If the Chippewa Falls Area Unified School District closes for weather, CESA 10 events are also canceled and will be rescheduled if possible. Notices are sent via email through Neon One–please ensure your contact information is up to date and emails aren’t going to spam.
