Calling all Teachers and Paraprofessionals! Are you ready to recharge, refocus, and return to your classroom with a renewed sense of purpose? Join us for a day dedicated to inspiration, cutting-edge resources, and collaborative growth.

The summit is built around the diverse needs of today's educators. Throughout the day, you will have the opportunity to dive into specialized Breakout Sessions covering:

  • Instructional Excellence: From early numeracy and reading fluency to AI tools and high school resources.
  • Inclusive Environments: Deep dives into trauma-informed practices, co-teaching strategies, and supporting high-needs students in general education.
  • Leadership & Growth: Exploring college/career readiness, Perkins funding, and professional security with the Wisconsin Retirement System.

KEYNOTE SPEAKER: ERIC WEILAND

Cadott Alumnus | First Responder | Community Leader

Eric is a proud 2013 graduate of Cadott High School and a lifelong resident of the community. He now serves as a full-time Firefighter and Paramedic for the City of Chippewa Falls. Eric has dedicated his career to high-stakes problem-solving and public safetly. His commitment to the Chippewa Valley runs deep. Eric serves as a firefighter-paramedic for Chippewa Falls. He is a volunteer for Cadott and Boyd Fire/EMS, as well as Cornell Fire. Eric also represents his neighbors as a Cadott Village Board Trustee.

At this year's conference, Eric brings a vital perspective to our educators and support staff: the importance of looking beyond a student's performance to find the root of their struggle. Grounded in his experience as a first responder and a soon-to-be father, Eric advocates for the belief that every student wants to succeed--and that when they fall behind, it is often a matter of comprehension and communication rather than a lack of desire. He challenges us to bridge that gap and ensure no student is left misunderstood.
