Session Schedule

AI Tips & Tricks -- 9:00 - 9:45 am

Jesse Schwingle, Instructional Technology Coach - CESA 10

Artificial Intelligence (AI) can help us analyze data, uncover trends, and streamline communication. In this session, we'll explore how to harness AI to transform months of data into clear, actionable content that can be shared with staff, the community, and your SIS. Participants will have hands-on time to create practical outputs using AI tools.

Mastering Google Workspace -- 10:00 - 10:45 am

Melissa Schuh, IT Assistant Systems Administrator - CESA 10

Mastering Google Workspace is all about efficiency, organization, and seamless collaboration. This session will show participants how to design an effective Drive structure with clear naming conventions, streamline their inbox using filters and labels, optimize scheduling through color coding and calendar management, and integrate tools like Tasks, Keep, and Forms to simplify daily workflows. By the end, you'll have a cohesive system to stay organized, save time, and enhance productivity for yourself and your team.

Legal Insights for Administrative Professionals -- 11:00 - 11:45 am

Local attorneys will guide school administrative professionals through key topics in administrative and board relations, open meetings, referendum campaigns, and public records requests. The session will provide practical insights to help navigate legal requirements and foster effective governance. A Q&A segment at the end will allow participants to ask their own questions for expert guidance.
